Flooring could be:

Wood flooring

Traditional Wood

That could be sanded, painted, oiled or varnished.

The gaps between the floorboards could be filled, and underneath it could be insulated.

For some clients with very old floorboards, we have taken off all the old floor boards, sanded deeply with machine sander and placed them back with a reduced gap. Usually it requires buying some extra floorboards from reclamation centres.

Engineered flooring

Is made with wood too, it consists of several wood or plywood layers. Usually it is less pricey than hardwood and works very well. Due to its dimensionally stable base layers, engineered wood flooring actually stands up to moisture better than solid hardwood.

Hard wood flooring

It is the best quality of wood floor. It looks beautiful, and depending on the type of wood, can add considerable value to your home.

Floor tiling

There is a variety of tiles for floors: ceramic tiles, porcelain, natural stones like travertine, marble, granite and others.

The tiles could be placed in a variety of pattern arrangements like; straight rows, diagonal, brick style, colour patterns, etc.

Tiles needs to be grouted and then sealed.

Laminated Floor

It is made from pressed wood, is very durable and resists scratches, moisture, wear and tear. Laminate flooring is also easier to clean.

Vinyl floor

It is the cheapest option.  Just needs to have the surface right and it is applied with adhesive.

Carpet floor

Also we can place carpet floor. It is specially asked for bedrooms because it feels soft and warm.
